摘    要:研究了微波辅助提取3种贯众属植物中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺.考察了微波辐射时间、微波功率、乙醇浓度及其料液比等因素对提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验优化工艺为:料液比为1,30(g/mL),乙醇浓度为80%.微波功率为800W,微波处理时间为8min,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率可达到0.623%.比较不同地区3...

Abstract:The microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from cyrtomium was studied.The effects of radiation time,microwave power,the concentration of ethanol and the ratio of raw materials to solution on extraction rates of flavonoids were investigated.The optimal extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal test based on single factor tests:ethanol concentration of 80%,the ratio of raw materials to solution of 1∶30(g/mL),and radiation time 8min with the microwave power of 800W.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the extraction rate of flavoniods was 0.623%.The comparation of the contents of flavonoids in cyrtomium from different regions,the contents ordered as follow:Henan XixiaShaanxi ZhashuiShaanxi Xunyang DamShaanxi Taibai mountain.Cyrtomium has strong antioxidation activity with great value in use.
