| 摘 要： | 本文基于硫酸存在下，微量邻菲罗淋阻碍溴酸钾氧化次甲基绿褪色反应，建立了催化光度法测微量邻菲罗啉的新方法，线性范围为0．2－0．8mg/25mL和0．8－1．2mg/25mL，方法检出限为2．51ug/mL，用于样品中微量邻菲罗啉的,测定，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | In sulfuric acid medium,the preventive action of o-phenanthroline hydrate on the oxidation of methylene green by potassium bromate was studied.A catalytic spectrophotometic method for the determination of minim o-phenanthroline hydrate was established.The determination linear range of o-phenanthroline hydrate is 0.2-0.8mg/25mL and 0.8-1.2mg/25mL.The detection limit is 2.51×10-6g/mL.This method has been used for the determinaton of minim o-phenanthroline hydrate in samples with satisfactory results. |
