原子荧光光谱法测定海藻肥中总砷与无机砷

摘    要:原子荧光光谱法测定海藻肥中总砷和无机砷。硝酸-硫酸-高氯酸体系进行消解测定总砷,5%HCl提取测定无机砷,仪器的检出限为0.05μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.2%(n=11),样品中总砷和与无机砷的加标回收率分别为89.8%和86.8%。

Abstract:Total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in seaweed fertilizer were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.HNO_3-H_2SO_4-HClO_4 was selected to digest the seaweed fertilizer for total arsenic determination.Inorganic arsenic was extracted by 50% HCl.The detection limit is 0.05μg/L, the recovery of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic are 89.8% and 86.8%, and relative standard deviation is 3.2%(n=11).
