摘    要:本文介绍了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对化妆品中铅含量的定量分析方法,并研究拟定了原子荧光光谱法测定铅的分析条件,本方法回收率为96.0%-101.5%,检出限为0.18ng/mL,精密度(RSD)为0.90%-0.94%,准确性好,可用于测定化妆品中铅的含量。

Abstract:A new quantitative analytic method for determination lead in cosmetics by hydrogenation combined with atomic fluorescent spectrum has been developed.The optimum conditions of atomic fluorescent spectrum was studied.This method has some characteristics such as low detection limit and high precision as well as good accuracy,and can be applied to determine the lead content in cosmetics with satisfactory results.
