摘    要:改进了传统的四酸溶解化探样品的方法,在传统的基础之上加入高沸点酸,加盖、复溶,克服以往敞开式溶矿的不足,结合地球化学样品的特点,充分溶解样品中铌和钽.在测定方式上,采用美国新型等离子质谱XSERIES-2,并灵活使用软件中的切换功能,进一步克服了谱线干扰和仪器漂移.此方法易于操作,适合于大规模实验生产.本方法用国家标准物质进行验证,测定结果和标准值吻合.

Abstract:The traditional dissolution method of geochemical exploration sample is improved by adding high boiling aeid and covering the lid. The new method is superior to the traditional open way of dissolving niobium and tantalum in geochemical exploration sample. The spectral interference and the instrument drift is overcomed by flexible use of the further function of instrument software of new plasma mass spectrometry . This method is easy to operate, suitable for large-scale experimental production. This method is validated by national standard substances and results matched well with certified values.
