ICP-AES测定海产品中的微量元素

摘    要:对照了湿法消解和微波消解直接消解湿基海产品的方法.采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了12种海产品中Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu和Mn 6种元素的含量,在最佳工作条件下各元素的加标回收率在97.62%-106.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.59%-2.04%,实验结果为研究营养学提供科学依据.

Abstract:This paper compared the wet digestion method and the microwave digestion method in digesting seafood of wetting basis directly. The trace elements of Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg,Cu and Mn in the twelve kinds of seafood were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion. Under the optimal working condition of the equipment, the element recoveries of standard addition arc between 97.62% and 106.0%,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) are between 0.59% and 2. 04%. The experimental results provide scientific basis for the study of nutrition.
