| 摘 要： | 在稀H2SO4介质中,痕量苯酚对KBrO3氧化鸡冠花红褪色反应有很强的阻抑作用。据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量苯酚的新方法。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围是0.0008-0.06μg/mL,检出限为2.97×10-10g/mL。

| Abstract: | In dilute sulfuric acid medium,trace phenol showed strong inhibition catalytic effect onthe oxidation reaction between amaranth and potassium bromate.Based on these phenomenon,a newkinetic spectrophotometric method of determination of trace amounts of phenol was established.Thedetection limit and the linear range of phenol are 2.97×10-10g/mL and 0.0008-0.06μg/mL,respectively. |
