4种秦艽药材中宏量和微量元素的比较分析

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大叶秦艽、麻花秦艽、粗茎秦艽和小秦艽4种不同秦艽药材中Fe、Zn、Du、Mn、Da、K、Na、Mg等8种宏量和微量元素的含量。结果发现:4种秦艽药材中宏量元素和微量元素的含量存在较大的差异,其中主产陕西的大叶秦艽中Ca、Mg、K、Zn、Mn的含量高于其他3种秦艽中的含量。

Abstract:The macro and trace elements(iron,zinc,copper,Manganese,calcium,potassium, sodium and magnesium)in radix gentianae macrophyllae from Gentiana macrophylla Pall.,G. straminea Maxim.,G.crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.and G.dahurica Fisch.were determined by FAAS. The contents of macro and trace elements from 4 species were quite different.The concentrations of Ca,Mg,K,Zn and Mn were higher in the root of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.,which mainly grows in Shaanxi province.
