离心压气机的叶片扩压器设计及流场分析

摘    要:本文设计了三种不同的叶片扩压器与前期设计的100 kW级离心压气机的叶轮进行匹配,并进行了数值模拟.结果显示三种叶片扩压器入口平均马赫数为0.8,流场内不存在局部超音区,避免出现激波与边界层的相互干涉以减小损失。扩压器入口气流角与设计值最大偏差小于4°。采用三种叶片扩压器的离心压气机总体性能均满足设计要求,尤其是采用双圆弧法设计的翼型扩压器总体性能和内部流场分布都明显优于另外两种扩压器。

Abstract:The geometrical shape of vaned diffuser and the way to matching impeller play an important role on overall performance of centrifugal compressor.After finishing the design work of impeller,three varied vaned diffusers were designed specially to match it to get a high performance. Through numerical simulation of three vaned diffusers with impeller respectively,it can be found that the Mach number at inlet is 0.8 and almost no local supersonic area existing in diffuser channel, which can avoid the interaction...
