导热泥强化传热作用的数值模拟

摘    要:本文对于导热泥在输运沥青等粘稠物质中的强化传热作用进行了数值模拟。计算中采用直角坐标系下的区域扩充法处理不规则的边界,时间项离散采用全隐格式,导热泥表面辐射热流按附加源项法处理。计算表明,采用导热泥强化了传热,完全可以替代蒸汽套管加热方式。

Abstract:The heat transfer enhancement effect of one kind of conductive mud in transport of high viscosity materials such as bitumen was numerically conducted. The irregular computational region was approximated by the domain extension method in Cartesian coordinates. The computations were performed for transient process, and the full implicit scheme was adopted. The radiation heat transfer at the mud surface was taken into account via additional source term method. Numerical results show that the presence of conductive mud between a heating pipe and a heated pipe can significantly enhance the heat transfer between them. And hence such kind of heating structure can totally replace the double-pipe vapor heating system.
