F型液-液旋流管分离特性实验研究

摘    要:在所研制的液-液旋流分离专用实验装置上,采用168通道的库尔特粒径分析仪,通过液滴粒径检测并基于粒级效率的概念,较为系统地研究了国外F型旋流管的分离特性,得出其临界分离粒径约为60μm,这一结论同国外有关研究结果相吻合。此外,本文还研究了含油浓度、溢流比和流量等工况参数变化,对F型旋流管分离特性的影响。有关研究成果为建立新型低阻高效旋流管的结构优化模型提供了较好的参照比较依据。

Abstract:The separation behavior of the hydrocyclone model F has been studied comprehensively based on the concept of grade efficiency. Coulter multisizer with 168 channels was used to detect the droplet diameter. The results show that the separation behaviors of the model will be improved as the overflow ratio and the flowrate increase. The separation behaviors is not directly affected by the oil content. The critical diameter of the tested hydrocyclone model F is about 60 mm, which is well consistent to that reported in Southampton University's study.The results are important for our further study on liquid-liquid hydrocyclone techllology.
