轴流式水轮机摆度对压力脉动的影响

摘    要:水轮机组运行中过大的振动摆度将导致轴瓦温度过高以及上、下机架和机组本身疲劳破坏,甚至导致机组的共振,将对机组的稳定运行造成很大的影响.本文以大型轴流转桨式水轮机为研究对象,在实际运行中该机组主轴的摆度在0.15~0.35 mm之间.本论文通过对轴流转桨式水轮机全流道三维非定常湍流计算,主要预测了转轮后、尾水管进口及尾水管内等几个位置在未考虑主轴摆度、主轴摆度分别为0.2 mm和0.3 mm情况下的压力脉动,对以上三种情况下产生的压力脉动结果进行了比较和分析,从而探讨了轴流式水轮机主轴摆度对压力脉动的影响.

Abstract:The over-large vibration and waver of the running turbine set will bring on the over- high temperature of the bearing,fatigue damage of the upper and nether generator bracket,even the resonance of the turbine set,which will badly influence stability of the set.In the paper,we researched the large Kaplan turbine,whose waver during running was measured between 0.15 mm to 0.35 mm.By the three-dimensional unsteady turbulent simulation on the whole flow passage of the Kaplan turbine, we predicted the pressure fluctuation of several points in the passage when the the waver is equal to 0 mm,0.2 mm and 0.3 mm.By comparing and analyzing the result under the three conditions,the influence on pressure fluctuation by waver in Kaplan turbine was discussed.
