热传导对微型涡轮动叶性能影响的数值模拟

摘    要:为了探求热传导对微型燃气轮机性能的影响,使用CFX对某微型燃气轮机涡轮动叶的流动特性和换热性能进行了数值模拟并提出了考虑热传导损失的轮周效率的计算方法.通过计算发现热传导对流动和涡轮动叶的性能的影响不可忽略,热传导使动叶输出功和效率明显降低.考虑顶部间隙后,热传导的影响更加显著.

Abstract:Three-dimensional numerical simulation on the heat transfer and flow in a rotor of a micro turbomachinry is performed by using the commercial CFD software CFX. A computational method of efficiency is proposed accounting for the heat transfer loss. The investigation focuses on the comparison of efficiency between adiabatic and diabatic condition.
