燃煤锅炉中痕量元素排放因子的研究

摘    要:目前国内外对煤燃烧过程中痕量元素的排放和控制作了大量的研究工作,但是对痕量元素的排放因子的研究却鲜见报道。本文通过实验数据和一些经验数据对痕量元素排放因子进行了研究,了解了燃煤电厂锅炉容量和负荷对痕量元素排放因子的影响,并考察了除尘装置及脱硫装置等与痕量元素排放因子的关系,结果发现大容量锅炉痕量元素排放因子要相对小一些,且随着负荷降低,痕量元素排放因子会增加。

Abstract:At present, much work has been done on the emission and control of trace elements during pulverized coal combustion. However, quite a few of the work were concerned with emission factor of trace elements. This paper studies the effect of boiler load and boiler capacity on emission factor of the trace elements based on experiments. Meanwhile, the effect of the particle collection system and desulfuration device on the emission factor was considered. The results indicated that the larger the boiler capacity, the smaller the emission factor, and the emission factor would increase with the decreasing of boiler load.
