钙基二氧化碳吸收剂循环反应特性

摘    要:对分析纯碳酸钙和三种白云石与CO2的循环反应特性进行实验研究。实验结果表明,分析纯碳酸钙的二氧化碳吸收能力随循环次数的增加而快速下降,当其达到一定值后基本不再变化,活性下降原因主要是由氧化钙烧结所引起;由于白云石中惰性物质氧化镁的存在而部分减缓了吸收剂的烧结,所以使白云石的循环稳定性要优于分析纯碳酸钙。

Abstract:The cyclic reaction characters of CaCO3 and three dolomites with CO2 was experimentally investigated. Experimental results indicated that the CO2 absorbing capacity of CaCO3 reduced rapidly by increasing cyclic numbers while stay stably without conspicuous changes below specific value when cyclic numbers amount to a certain value. The sintering of CaO grains is the main cause of reactivity decay for CaCCV It has been found that the inert parts MgO in dolomite materials could make absorbent's cyclic carbonation reaction more stabilizing, and lead to an improved cyclic stability of the absorbents. The chemical composition and microstructure of dolomite have important effect on its CO2 absorbing capacity and cyclic reaction stability.
