胺法捕集燃煤电厂烟气中CO_2的试验与模拟

摘    要:介绍了CO_2循环吸收解吸实验台。采用新型混合有机胺CO_2吸收剂,在该实验台上进行了长期稳定运行试验,并应用AMSIM软件进行了系统模拟。结果表明,该实验台可以达到12 h以上长时间稳定运行,实现了模拟烟气和吸收剂的稳定循环。由于试验过程中不添加新的吸收剂和水,随着吸收剂循环时间的增加,CO_2脱除效率缓慢下降,但500 h后仍可达83%。试验运行结果和模拟结果达到了较好的吻合。

Abstract:A lab pilot plant for CO_2 capture was shown.This plant was operated continuously for hundreds of hours using new blended aqueous amine solution,and numerical simulation was adopted for the CO_2 capture process using AMSIM software.The results indicated that the long-term stable operation more than 12 hours and simulated flue gas and absorbent stable circulation could be achieved.The CO_2 removal efficiency reduced slowly with the time elapse because fresh solvent and water were not maked up.However,it rema...
