鳍片管束撞击式气固分离器的试验研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种应用于循环流化床,兼有强化传热的鳍片管束惯性分离器。试验表明此分离器具有高效、低阻、结构紧凑等优点,特别是它能强化换热,同时在管内工质冷却下鳍片能保持较低温度,因而能使用普通锅炉用钢。本文通过试验研究了这一分离器的流动结构、分离性能及有关设计参数的选择。

Abstract:This paper has put forward a new type of finned tubes impact gas-solid separator with enhancing heat transfer behavior which can be used in Circulating Fluldized Bed(CFB).Experiment results have shown that this separator has advantages such as high efficiency,low pressure drop,compact structure etc, especially it can enhance heat transfer as well and fins welded on tubes can be cooled at the same time by work medium so that common boiler steel can be used as fins. Fluid structure and separation performance of this separator has been studied and some design parameters have been obtained through a series of experiments.
