凝汽器喉部结构优化的理论及模化研究

摘    要:本文应用数值模拟和模化实验的方法研究了凝汽器喉部(接颈)内部设备对其整体性能的影响,分别从流动阻力和流动状态两个方面比较了不同设备的影响权重,并着重分析了微型模化实验的可行性.结果表明,喉部内大量布置设备对凝汽器以及整个汽轮机机组的效能将带来很大的影响,对其内部设备豹优化布置具有极其重要的意义.

Abstract:The influence of condenser-throat's inner equipment on its whole performance was studied in this paper with numerical simulation and model experiment. The influence proportion of different equipments was compared in flow resistance and flow state respectively. And the feasibility of minute model-experimental was analyzed. The result shows that the performance of the condenser and whole turbine unit will be extremely influenced by equipments installed in the condenser-throat, so inner equipment's installation optimization is of important significance.
