| 摘 要： | 本文通过实验研究和理论分析，提出准确计算换热器集箱管组中流量分配的离散模型．应用离散模型对某台锅炉再热器的爆管原因进行分析，指出蒸汽侧流量偏差太大是造成超温爆管的主要原因之一．

| Abstract: | This paper proposed an accurate calculation discrete model for the flow distribution in manifolds for heat exchangers. This theoretical model was tested by experiments. Application of this discrete model to the regeater of an utility boiler with actual repeated tube burst failures revealed that the excessive deviation of flow on the steam side was one of the principal causes of tube burst failures. |
