摘    要:本文严格按照实验程序,首次系统地研究了沸腾起始点受圆形浸没射流冲击速度大小、液体流动方向、液体过冷度和喷嘴直径等因素的影响,将沸腾终止点与理论值进行了比较。结果表明:起沸点随液体过冷度增加而降低,与其它因素无关。并从强润湿性液体沸腾机理的角度对起沸点的影响因素给出了相应的解释。

Abstract:According to rigorous procedures, an experimental study was carried out to investigate the effects of jet exit velocity, flow direction, fluid subcooling and nozzle diameter on incipient boiling point with impingement circular submerged jets of highly-wetting liquid. The experimental data of the point of termination of nucleate boiling was compared with the predicted value. The results showed that incipient boiling point decreased with increasing fluid subcooling and was independent of other factors. Corresponding explanation were given in view of boiling mechanism of highly-wetting liquid.
