HFC32+HFC227ea/DMF吸收式制冷循环热力性能分析

摘    要:综合考虑工质热力学性质及环境友好性等多方面因素,提出将非共沸混和制冷剂HFC32+HFC227ea替代HCFC22用于吸收式制冷系统。用UNIEAC模型确定组分活度系数,在质量守恒、能量守恒及相平衡原理基础上,对HFC32+HFC227ea/DMF新型吸收式制冷循环性能随工况的变化进行了理论分析,并与HCFC22/DMF循环进行比对。结果表明,当HFC32和HFC227ea以适当比例混合用于吸收式制冷循环时,完全能达到HCFC22所能达到的性能。

Abstract:This paper intended to use HFC32+HFC227ea as refrigerant to alternate HCFC22 in a absorption refrigeration system,on the comprehensive consideration of thermodynamics properties, as well as environment-friendly factors.UNIFAC model was used to predict activity coefficients of ternary mixture HFC32/HFC227ea/DMF.The theoretical thermodynamic analysis of HCFC22/DMF and HFC32+HFC227ea/DMF were made.The result shows that HFC32+HFC227ea is a more possible alternative for HCFC22.
