摘    要:本文探讨研究IGCC系统无约束时多变量综合优化设计及其系统性能特性规律。本文通过IGCC系统热力特性分析,确定了系统的独立变量,并基于有关部件通用模型组建了 IGCC系统通用模型,为无燃气轮机母型硬件约束时的综合优化设计奠定了基础。结合典型实例的模拟分析,揭示了有别于现行的有约束的设计优化的系统性能特性规律。从而提出 IGCC系统无约束综合优化分析的新方法。

Abstract:The multivariable synthesis optimization of IGCC system and the principles of performances are studied in the condition of without limit in this paper. Through the analysis of the thermal performance of the IGCC system, we choice the independent variables, and then build the general IGCC model based on the general models of the subsystems, in order to synthetically optimize the system without the limit of the chosen gas turbine. By simulating and analyzing the typical IGCC plant, we reveal the principles of performances of the system, which are different from the principle under limit condition. A new method of unlimited synthesis optimization of IGCC system is presented.
