严重段塞流压力及持液率周期特性模拟研究

摘    要:本文采用简化严重段塞流节流模型数值模拟了不同出口阀门开度下管道入口压力和出口持液率等特性参数的周期规律。研究结果表明,在一定的阀门开度下,严重段塞流具有明显的周期性,压力波动较为明显,气液间歇流出。当管道出口阀门开度减小到一定程度后,管道入口压力波动减小,周期降低,管道出口气液由间歇流转为混合流动。本文数值模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较,管道入口压力峰值、压力波动、周期等参数吻合较好。

Abstract:The pressure and liquid hold up of pipeline riser severe slugging are investigated using simple slug flow model in the paper,including variable valve opening.The result of the simulation indicated that at the larger valve opening,the pressure difference is very high and gas/liquid accumulations present.However,when the valve opening at the lower degree,the pressure differences reduce and gas/liquid accumulations vanish.Besides,comparing with the larger valve opening,the periods of the severe slugging is lower.Computational results of the characteristic parameters agree well with the experiment results.
