摘 要: | 本文采用格子Boltzmann方法,对不同表面张力液滴在矩形、T型以及双凹型微结构表面上的铺展行为开展研究,结果表明当液滴表面张力较大时,液滴在三种结构表面静态接触角相同,而对低表面张力流体,液滴在双凹型微结构表面呈现最大的静态接触角。几何敏感性分析结果表明,微结构高度对于较高表面张力液滴的静态接触角影响不大,对于低表面张力液滴,微结构高度越大则静态接触角越大;宽间比对液滴的静态接触角影响显著,宽间比越小,液滴的静态接触角越大.
