| 摘 要： | 本文从理论与试验上研究压力循环流化床中床－壁面传热系数的变化规律。对常压循环流化床中的传热模型进行修正，发展了压力循环流化床中的传热模型。试验测试了床内传热系数随床内固体颗粒浓度、颗粒径和运行风速的变化规律。提出计算床－壁面传热系数的无量纲经验公式。

| Abstract: | Bed-to-wall heat transfer in a pressurized circulating fluidized bed is analyzed theoretically and experimentally.The cluster renewal model is modified to account for the effect of pressure on heat transfer.Effects of system pressure,bed suspension density,particle size and superficial gas velocity on bed-to-wall heat transfer coefficients were investigated in the tests.In addition to the modified model,a semi-empirical equation baized on the test data is proposed for the prediction of heat transfer coefficients.A comparison with experimental data in the literature as well as those from the present work shows a good agreement. |
