摘    要:随着对环境问题的日益关注,自然制冷工质CO2跨临界循环系统的研究受到重视.但其效率还不能满足实际应用的需要,需要开发新的设备提高其运行效率.本文对替代节流阀的CO2滚动活塞转子膨胀机进行研制开发,对流量,气缸的容积,以及吸气控制系统进行了分析与设计,得到了在设计条件下的吸气关闭角和排气角,以及采用机械方法控制吸气量,同时对滚动活塞转子膨胀机内CO2膨胀过程的压力进行了分析,得到了压力随角度变化的情况.

Abstract:CO2 transcritical cycle is attracting much more attention for using natural working fluid CO2 with the concern of the environment protection. But the efficiency of this system can not be satisfied for the application. So it is necessary to develop new device to employ in the system in order to improve its performance efficiency of the system. A rolling piston type prototype of CO2 expander was studied and developed to replace the throttling valve in this paper. Some key problems such as mass flow of the expander, the volume of the cylinder and the suction control system were discussed. The suction closed angle and discharge angel were designed under the design condition. A mechanical method was adopted to control the suction of the expander. The pressure during CO2 expansion process in the rolling piston expander was analyzed and the relation of the pressure and the angle was obtained.
