能量系统故障诊断的热经济学模型

摘    要:本文将建立在热力学第二定律基础上的 分析方法与热经济学方法运用于能量系统的故障诊断。通过与常规热力学方法的定量比较,证明了■分析方法与热经济学方法对系统中发生的故障具有更高的敏感度,并建立了进行能量系统故障诊断的 分析模型与热经济学分析模型,并以某 200 MW火电机组为例,分别采用这两种方法对机组在某一况时的故障情况进行了诊断,并对结果进行了分析比较。

Abstract:The exergy analysis method and the thermoeconomics analysis method are used for faults diagnosis of an energy system. By comparing the two methods with the traditional thermodynamics methods, it is proved that they have higher sensitivity than the traditional methods. The mathematical models are built up to find the malfunctions in an energy system. By taking a 200MW power generating unit as an example, some malfunctions are diagnosed based on the exergy analysis mathod and the thermoeconomics method respectively. The results are compared and analyzed in detail.
