Abstract:An experimental study on nitrogen chides (including NO and N2O) emissions were carried out on a laboratory scale circulating fluidized bed combusor. The influences of some operating parameters on NO and N2O emissions were checked such as temperature,excess air ratio,ash recirculation ratio and secondary air injection. Mechanisms of NO and N2O formation and destruction in circulating fluidized bed coal combustion are suggested according to the experimental results.
