蒸汽活化提高脱硫剂钙利用率的实验研究

摘    要:本文用小型热态流化床实验台对以CaO为主要成分的钙基脱硫剂石灰乏吸收剂在150~600℃的温度范围内进行了蒸汽活化处理,进而实验研究了这种处理对提高脱硫剂钙利用率的效果。结合化学成分分析和X射线衍射的结果初步探讨了蒸汽活化的机理。研究表明,脱硫剂对水蒸汽的物理吸附明显受活化温度的影响,蒸汽活化后的钙利用率提高显著,可能存在一个最佳活化时间。

Abstract:The Calcium-based (Ca-based) spent absorbent was reactivated by steam at thetemperature of 150 600 using the laboratory-scale fluidized bed.The effect of steam reactivation on the conversion was studied according tothe weight gain after steam absorption and the second sulphation process. Themechanism of steam reactivation was discussed according to the results ofcomposite analysis and the data of XRD (X-ray diffraction). It was found thatunder the conditions of this experiment, absorbent weight change during thesecond sulphation process is the comprehensive process of dehydration andsulphation; steam reactivation can increase the conversion of absorbent andthe capacity to capture SO2; at lower temperatures, the enhanced CaOutilization is ascribed to the formation of Ca(OH)2 after reactivation;the steam temperature had effect on the absorbent's physical adsorption ofsteam which is the reason of conversion increase at higher temperatures;there was probably an optimum reactivation time corresponding to a maximumconversion
