摘    要:提出强化翅片的适用性问题并以管翅式换热器为例进行了讨论,认为管翅式换热器空气侧流路由三要件所组成,即换热器、换热器外部风路和风机,指出强化翅片的效果不仅与翅片自身的性能有关而且与外部风路流阻的相对大小有关。与换热器流阻相比,外部流阻越大,采用强化翅片就越有利。

Abstract:Issue regarding the applicability of enhanced fins was raised and then discussed with the fin-tube heat exchanger as an example. The air passage for such an exchanger can be considered to consist of three components, including the exchanger, air passage outside the exchanger, and fan. It is pointed out that the effect of enhanced fins depends on not only the performance of the fins themselves but also the relative magnitude of the air pressure drop occurring in the passage outside the exchanger. The greater the pressure drop outside the exchanger relative to that in the exchanger, the more advantageous the use of enhanced fins.
