HFC32/PVE的材料相容性实验研究

摘    要:HFC32作为HCFC22理想可替代制冷工质之一,由于其和谐兼顾环保安全、节能减排以及市场转轨等诸方面要求,逐渐成为了替代应用研究的热点。本文基于目前国际上的制冷工质材料相容性研究方法,综合考虑HFC32和润滑油热物理性质,建立了一套针对性的材料相容性实验测试方法,实验研究了设定工况下HFC32及润滑油PVE与选定的压缩机密封材料PET和PA的相容性。结果表明:HFC32/PVE与PET和PA,在低水分浓度的润滑油测试条件下,具有较好的相容性。但在高水分浓度的润滑油及高温环境的测试下,PET材料的性能下降幅度要大于PA材料。

Abstract:Considering the balance of carbon dioxide emissions,safety,energy saving and availability, HFC32 may be an attractive long term candidate to replace HCFC22.In this paper the compatibility of HFC32/lubricant PVE with selected sealing materials PET and PA of compressor were studied using the method of alternative materials compatibility study accepted by international institute. The research also considering the thermophysical properties of HFC32 and PVE,and the results show that the HFC32/PVE is compatible with PET and PA at the condition of low water concentration, but the degrading ratio of tensile strength of PET is larger than of PA at higher water concentration and high-temperature environments.
