摘    要:数字图象处理技术是随着计算机技术的发展而发展起来的一门新兴学科.翅片管蒸发器这类复杂几何形状表面的结霜厚度及其分布测量是蒸发器给霜与换热动态特性研究的实验基础,本文提出采用数字图象处理技术定量测量结露厚度的分布情况。结果表明,图象处理方法的引入为霜厚测量提供了一种可行的研究手段。

Abstract:Digital image processing technique is a new subject which is accompanied with the devel-opment of computer. The measurement of frost thickness and its distribution on complicatedstructure's surface, such as finnedutube evaporator, is the experimental base of researcheson dynamic characteristics of evaporator frosting and heat transfer. This paper introducesthe digital image processing technique to quantitatively measure the distribution of frostthickness. This introduction leads to many advantages, such as the distributed results onevaporator surface can be obtained, quantitative results with certain accuracy can also begot and the cost of this method is comparatively lower than other methods. Results showthat the introduction of image processing method supplies a feasible study means to frostmeasurement.
