| 摘 要： | 1前言由于卧式火管式热交换器具有结构紧凑、水循环安全可靠等特点，迄今已在工业和民用热能利用等部门得到广泛应用。但是运行实践表明，当这种热交换器用于生产热水时，频繁发生管板裂纹事故山。分析认为，原因是由于加热管束间流体复杂的内循环特性引起的，流体的内循环流动导致加热管束间出现涡流及流动停滞，从而引起传热恶化、污垢沉积和超温腐蚀，发生设备事故。由于这种锅炉加热管束间水的流动速度很低，很难对实际设备内的水流速分布进行实验测定，难以为事故分析提供可靠依据山。本文同时使用实验研究和数值模拟二种方法研究水平…

| Abstract: | This paper reports the experimental study and theoretical analysis of the internal circu-lation among horizontal heated tube bundles. In the experiment the velocity and temperaturedistributions of the single phase liquid in the bundles are measured. A 2-D numerical analy-sis method to simulate the internal circulation among the heated tube bundles is developed.The calculation of the velocities at the internal boundary points, that is, at the walls of thetube bundles, is carried out successfully by setting the source term in the momentum equa-tions as desired values. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimentaldata. |
