循环流化床内颗粒团运动的数值模拟

摘    要:本文引入聚合力来表征稠密气固两相流动中颗粒所受到的团聚效应,井将颗粒团视为床内的离散相,建立了颗粒团的碰撞、形成及破碎模型。用此模型对循环流化床的两相流动进行数值模拟,得到了较详细的床内流动特性。计算结果表明,用本文的模型和算法模拟工程意义上的循环流化床内的两相流动是可行的。

Abstract:A binding force is introduced to present the net impact of various forces on moving particles that result in particle clustering. The cluster collision, break-up and reforming models are obtained by treating particle cluster as one discrete phase. These models are used to numerically study the two-phase flow in a Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB), and detailed results regarding the dense two-phase flow characteristic in a CFB are obtained. Calculated results show that this method is feasible and can be used to study the two-phase flow in a CFB efficiently.
