摘    要:本文对低速轴流压气机旋转失速先兆特征进行了分析.观测到动叶进口处模态波型失速先兆沿周向的结构变化特征和相位移动特征;比较了不同转速条件下的先兆发展规律;采用改变节流阀速率的方法,观测了外部激励对模态波发展的影响;从实时捕捉失速先兆的目的出发,对失速前期低频信号的演化特征进行了分析.

Abstract:This paper presents unsteady measurement taken in a low-speed single axial compres-sor during the inception of rotating stall. In this experiment, eight fast-response pressuretransducers have been located in front and back of the rotor cirumferentially. The systemof high-speed data acquisition and analysis is made to investigate the dynamic characteris-tic about the inception of rotating stall. From the various angles, the behavior about themodal wave is analyzed in detail. These measurements lead to new conclusions about thestructure alteration, the phases movement, and frequency construction of the modal wave,which is related with the inception of rotating stall, In order to identify the signal of theonset of rotating stall quickly, the three main low-frequency harmonic waves of the onset arestudied by means of power spectrum analysis. on the other hand, The interval between theoccurrence of modal wave and the beginning of rotating stal1 is analyzed while the rates ofthe thr0ttle are difference.
