摘    要:文利用激光衍射粒度仪对气泡雾化喷嘴下游流场进行了实验研究,主要分析了雾化颗粒直径随径向和轴向距离变化的趋势.由于喷嘴出口处气液两相流型和颗粒自身重量的影响,液雾颗粒沿径向呈现非轴对称分布;而液雾颗粒直径随着轴向距离的增加呈现先减小、后增大的趋势,颗粒直径的减小是大量气泡爆炸的结果,而后的增加则是由于颗粒之间的相互粘结造成的。

Abstract:Experimental and analytical studies are made of the factors governing the mean drop size of sprays produced by effervescent atomizers. The test program includes variation of SMD with distance along spray radius and axis. It is found that the radial distribution of SMD is non-symmetrical, the mean dorp sizes down the radius are large than those up the radius, which is caused by changing of the flow pattern at discharge orifice. It is also founded that along the spray axis, drop sizes decrease first because of the exploding of bubbles, and than slowly increase due to evaporation of the smallest droplets and droplet coalescence.
