摘    要:1引言利用多孔结构强化单相强迫对流传热,已得到诸多的实验和理论研究,被证明是一种独特有效的强化传热途径[1-3]。在已有的文献中,研究者所采用的颗粒粒径都非常小(0刀lmm<吟<I.omm),此时能流过的流量很小,这只有在诸如电子芯片散热、强激光镜冷却等以增强传热为主要要求的背景下才有实际应用价值。另外,理论分析和细颗粒下的实验研究都表明[‘,’1,由多孔介质的弥散作用所引起的附加导热系数,对于玻璃珠多孔结构来说,传热强化效果随着平均颗粒粒径的增大而增强。当填充较大的颗粒时,受试验板小型化的尺寸…

Abstract:The present work summed up and analyzed the heat transfer experiment results ina channel bounded by parallel plates filled with spheres. The investigation indicates thatunder a certain width of the channel, the average Nusselt number is non--linear with thesphere diameter, which implies there exists optimal filling layer number. The experimentresult concludes, filled with small spheres can gain better heat transfer enhancement effect,meanwhile the flow resistance is much less than the flow resistance when filled with tinysphere, so the method of fill small sphere can be used to augment heat transfer in commonconditions.
