摘    要:本文通过检测背景气体不同含氧量和相对湿度下的放电电流强度和臭氧浓度,分析氧气和水汽对滑动弧放电特性的影响.结果表明,背景中氧气是臭氧的主要发生源,臭氧随氧气浓度的增大而增大.水汽的离解反应与臭氧发生反应存在竞争关系,同时其生成的OH粒子会与臭氧发生反应,因此水汽对臭氧的产生起抑制作用.由于氧气和水的电子结合系数都很高,水与电子还会发生离解结合反应,因此背景气体氧气浓度和水汽含量增大会减少等离子体区域的电子数量,降低放电电流强度.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the influence of oxygen and water vapor on the character of gliding arc gas discharge,by measuring the discharge current and the ozone concentration in different oxygen concentration and relative humidity conditions.The results show that,the oxygen in the background is the main source of the generation of ozone,and the ozone concentration increases with the increase of oxygen concentration.There is competitive relation between the dissociation of water and the generation of ozone,and the OH radicals formed in the dissociation of water will react with ozone, so the water suppress the generation of ozone.Because of the high electron attachment coefficient of water and oxygen,and the dissociation attachment reaction between water and electrons,the increase of the oxygen and water concentration in the background gas will decrease the electrons amount in the plasma region,and reduce the discharge current.
