空气横掠波纹管束流动与传热性能的数值模拟

摘    要:本文应用层流模型和湍流模型的数值模拟方法,对空气外掠8排波纹管束时的流动与传热性能进行了研究,并将数值结果与实验结果进行了对比,结果表明:层流模型数值模拟结果较湍流更接近于实验值。同时,对两种模型的数值模拟结果拟合出了Nu-Re的关联式。

Abstract:The fluid flow and heat transfer outside 8-row corrugated tube bundles is studied numerically in this paper using the laminar and turbulent models. It was found that numerical results of laminar model were more close to the experimental data than that of the turbulent model. The corresponding correlations of Nusselt number vs Reynolds number were obtained for both laminar and turbulent model.
