摘    要:本文采用数值方法对在工业上有着广泛应用前景的降膜结晶分离过程进行了模拟,提出了一套描述降膜结晶过程的降膜流动、传热、传质及结晶相变相互耦合的以控制容积为基础的有限差分的湍流数值计算模型和算法。本模型的计算结果与以前简化模型的计算结果相比,更符合实验值.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the falling film crystallization process, a more accurate and stable finite-difference numerical model is developed in this paper. In this numerical model, a Van Driest modified mixing length model is used to describe the special falling film turbulent flow, and the crystallization latent heat is regarded as a source term in an additional thin crystallization layer around interface. The comparison between experiment and numerical simulation shows that the numerical results of the crystallization amount and concentration from the new model demonstrate better accordance with the experimental results than those from previous simplified model.
