混合工质内复叠节流制冷机的分析及初步实验研究

摘    要:本文对采用多元非共沸混合物工质的内复叠节流制冷循环进行了热力分析.采用分析的方法对制冷循环各部件进行了分析,同时比较了混合工质一次节流循环和内复叠循环热力性能.同时文章报道了混合工质内复叠节流制冷机的初步整机性能测试实验结果.

Abstract:In this paper, an effort is made to analyze the thermodynamic process of the Auto-Cascade refrigeration cycle using multicomponent zeotropic mixtures as working fluids. The exergy method is employed to analyze the thermodynamic character of components and the whole refrigeration cycle. Extensive comparison is made between the single-stage cycle and a typical auto-cascade cycle using same mixed-refrigerant. The preliminary experimental test is also presented in this paper.
