Abstract:As the key component of HAT (Humid Air Turbine) cycle the humidifier plays animportant role. In the humidifier, the warm water is cooled down and the air is heatedand humidified through the heat and mass transfer. So the mass flow of working substancein the turbine is increased. The effect of humidification is influenced by a few parameters.Therefore it is not enough to analyze the humidifier in theory. In this paper the authors brieflyintroduce the test rig of humidifier, investigate the influence of inlet warm water parameterson the performances of humidifier and give the work characteristics under different height ofthe humidifier.
