摘    要:本文发展了适用于叶轮机械等复杂内流系统使用的CCD视场标定技术,以及能够消除视窗大颗粒污染带来的影响的图象处理技术,并在高速压气机实验台上对一小展弦比高负荷跨音风扇转子尖部的非定常瞬态流场进行了成功测量.

Abstract:In order to apply a digital PIV system to compressor facilities, two special technique has been developed in present work. One is a calibration method that can eliminate the influence of the thick arcuate access window, the other is a image processing method that can remove the influence of very large polluted particles on the access window. On the high-speed compressor facility, the unsteady flow fields in a high load transonic fan rotor were measured successfully at the speed of 13200 rpm and 16800 rpm, and the instantaneous measurement results clearly show the unsteady characteristics of tip leakage flow.
