Abstract:A set of motion equations of DNA molecule under the action of laser is suggested in this article. Its chaotic behavior has been analysed by means of the Melaikov method as well as Lyapunov exponent criterion. It is shown that the DNA molecule system can evolve into chaotic state under the action of laser. This result is helpful for the explanation of laser-induced effect of biological genetic variation.
