Abstract:In this paper, the method of timing successive sampling under a constant voltage was given to measure the signal of ions for radiofrequency resonance absorption. Using this method, the influence of the scanning process on the trapped ions could be overcome. At the same time, the method could be used to study the signal for very short storing time and the transient process in the ion trap.
