多频谱光电综合系统高精度稳定技术研究

摘    要:本文提出了并采用一种组/精组合二级稳定的新方案,用于对多频谱,大负载,多传感器光电综合系统瞄准线或图像进行高精度稳定与跟踪。本技术的重要特征是采用挠性支承精稳反射镜组件以及粗/精多回路复合控制技术以获得高回路带宽和扰动大幅度衰减。

Abstract:A new scheme is suggested and adopted which can be used for high accuracystabilization and tracking of line-of-sight (LOS) or image of Optical-Electronical syntheticsystem possessed of multi-sensor, heavy load, and multi-spectrum An important characteristic is that the fine mirror is supported by flexural pivot, and that a high loop handwidth is obtained and the disturbance is greatly diminished by using coarse/fine combination multiple-feedcontrol fechnique. The coupling and match between two channels can be resolved by using atwo-freedom gyro to control. Comparins with traditional LOS stabilization, its error is decreased by about one order of magnitude. On the basis of some typical helicopter vibration spectrum, a vibration test has been done. At present,the stabiliation accuracy of the portotypehaving beed studied has an advantage of 14u rad (RMS) and the diminution rate of fine/coarsevibration magnitude is as high as 8 times.
