红外热像仪扫描器光学MTF的测试

叙述并探讨用数字傅里叶分析法测量红外热像仪扫描器光学ＭＴＦ的方法，该方法采用热像仪调试用的靶标和反射式平行光管及热像仪实际 ＳＰＲＩＴＥ探测器和输出电路，并得用扫描器自身的扫描获得线扩展函数，采用离散傅里叶变换法进行计算，具有设备简单、易操作和计算快捷的特点。

OPTICAL MTF MEASUREMENT OF SCANNER IN IR IMAGER

The digital Fourier analysis method for measuring the optical MTF of scanner in IR imager is de- scribed and discussed in this paper.The method obtains the L SF by making use of the scanning function of the scanner itself,the target slot and reflective collimator as well as the SPRITE detector and its read- out circuit which are practically used in IR imager .The MTF are calculated by DFT.The method makes the simple equip- ment to be easy of operation and quick of calculation.
