差分吸收光谱仪测量上下限的确定

摘    要:给出差分吸收光谱仪(DOAS)系统对测量上下限的确定方法,由于测量原理Beer-Lambert的线性适用范围限制了系统的测量上限,系统的噪声,被测气体的差分吸收截面以及测量的数据点数共同决定了系统的测量下限,通过理论分析与实际测量确定了DOAS系统的测量上下限。

Abstract:The method of defining the upper and lower limits of differential optical absorption spectroscopy is given.The upper limit of system is limited because of liner applied range of of Beer Lambertlaw,the lower limit of system is limited by the noise,the differential absorption cross section of gases and the number of data point in spectrum.The upper and the lower limits of the system are determined by theoretical analysis and practical measurement.
