摘    要:本文从全衍射理论出发,建立小孔选模腔的计算模型并设对出相应的优化软件包。该软件可直接对圆形反射镜构成的小孔腔进行关于小孔位置和孔径大小的优化计算,并研究小孔选模腔的选模特性随小孔位置和孔径变化的规律。

Abstract:A calculation model of aperture mode-selecting resonator is raised and the corresponding optimization software is pakage designed from entire diffraction theory. The software can be used directly to calculate optimally the position and size of the aperture resonator consisting of circular mirror,and the law of the change of the mode-selecting characteristic of aperture resonator with the position and size of the aperture is studied.
