| Abstract: | The progress of free space interconnection is summarized.The early research on the construction of networks using the free space optical interconnects,the implementation of 3D interconnection in 2D electro-optical logical devices by using the tree space optical interconnection technology,the application of tree space optical interconnection technology in VLSI and its future are described. |
